Family History...not blogged!

I have been adding photos and stories to my pedigree on www.familysearch.org. By the time I add them to my family history software and to FamilySearch, my ambition ebbs...and I don't get them on the blog. So...following are the steps to see what is on FamilySearch on my pedigree (and yours). I have uploaded photos (and a few stories) to each of the four lines...see if you can find them! I'm going to start scanning again...so more photos will be posted.

To see your family lines, pictures and stories on familysearch.org,,
do the following...
·        Go to www.familysearch.org
·        Click "sign in"  (use your FamilySearch or LDS account)
If you do not already have an LDS or FamilySearch account, click "create an account". Follow the instructions to open an account. (Be sure to write down your user name and password and put them where you can find them later).

Click on "Family Tree", then click "Tree"

Look for the magnifying glass icon and click "find".  Choose "ID Number".  Search by typing in any one of the following personal identification numbers (PID).
·        For Lundholm line, use KWZC-NQ5 (Adolph Lundholm)
·        For Brown line, use KWZC-N79 (May Brown)
·        For Kofoid line, use KHJ5-5GY (Elmer Kofoid)
·        For Cornwell line, use KHZR-9VB (Alice Cornwell)

Once you have entered the PID (see above) and clicked "find", click on the blue underlined name (link).
·        This will bring up the "summary" page.
·        At the bottom of the "summary" page, click on "tree" to see the pedigree chart of this person or on "person" to see personal information for this person.
·        At the top of the "person" page, click on "memories" to see photos and stories that have been uploaded.
·        Double click on photos to make them larger.

Note: You can click on any deceased person in the pedigree chart to see their information by clicking on their name and then selecting "person".
